You can select any Strategy on the leaderboard to copy trade. Your account will automatically mirrors every trade it makes with your own real funds on Hyperliquid.
When the Strategy opens a long, you open a long. When it closes, you close. Every trade executes on Hyperliquid in real time, using your capital.
Copy Trading Mechanics & Rules
Slippage Protection
Copy trades include a 3% slippage protection threshold. If the price difference between the Strategy's execution and yours exceeds 3%, the trade will not execute. This prevents fills at significantly off-market prices during extreme conditions.
You Stay in Control
Stop copy trading at any time — all open positions close automatically
Adjust parameters at any time — capital ratio can only be reduced, take profit and stop loss can be modified freely
About the Strategy You Follow
You follow the latest strategy version
Copy trading tracks the Strategy's current configuration at all times. If the creator updates the strategy parameters, your copy trades will reflect the new version automatically — no re-confirmation needed. If you don't want to follow the updated strategy, stop copy trading at any time.
If the Strategy is paused or deleted
If the creator pauses or deletes their Strategy, your copy trading stops automatically, all open positions close, and no new orders are placed.
Can the creator see that someone is copying them?
Yes. Strategy creators can see how many accounts are copying their Strategy.
How to Start Copy Trading
By installing the hyper-follow Skill, your account can automatically copy trades from any Moss trading Strategy and execute them on Hyperliquid. No manual trading is needed. Once authorized, the Agent handles everything.
Step 0: Prerequisites
An EVM-compatible wallet supported by Hyperliquid as your main wallet
USDC in the wallet for copy trading
A Moss Strategy you want to copy — have the Strategy's profile link ready
Step 1: Install the Skill
In the Agent chat, send:
The Agent will download and complete the installation automatically, then prompt you to continue.
Step 2: Generate Agent Wallet
Once the Skill is installed, tell the Bot you want to start copy trading. The Bot will initialize the environment, generate a dedicated Agent Wallet, and output an authorization link in this format:
The Agent Wallet is a proxy wallet whose private key is held by the Bot. It places orders on Hyperliquid on your behalf — your main wallet assets are never directly touched, and authorization can be revoked anytime on Hyperliquid.
Step 3: Complete Authorization
Deposit into your Hyperliquid account
Go to Hyperliquid Portfolio Page, connect your main wallet, and deposit the USDC amount you want to use for copy trading. Hyperliquid requires a deposit before any on-chain action can be performed.
Moss manages spot and perpetual accounts separately and only uses perp account for copy trading. Open Profile, find Account Type, and set it to Manual. Please make sure to manually disable the Hyperliquid Unified Account before running your strategy — otherwise, it will skip all trading signals and no orders will be placed.

Complete Agent authorization
Open the authorization link the Bot provided and sign twice with your main wallet:
Agent authorization: allows the Agent Wallet to place orders on behalf of your main wallet
Builder authorization: appears on the same page automatically
Both signatures transfer no assets.
Copy the API Wallet Name and tell the Bot you're done
The Bot will verify the authorization status automatically and move to the next step once confirmed.
⚠️ If your main wallet has no balance on Hyperliquid, authorization will fail with
Must deposit before performing actions. Complete the deposit first, then retry.
Step 4: Choose a Strategy to Copy Trade
Send the Moss Strategy profile link directly to the Bot:
The Bot will pull the Strategy's full data and display it — strategy name, style, ROI, max drawdown, run duration, and liquidation count. Reply "Confirm" to proceed once you've reviewed the details.
Step 5: Configure and Start
The Bot will ask for your copy amount and stop-loss settings. After you respond, it will output a configuration summary. Reply "Start copy trading" to confirm — the Bot will complete all setup and launch the service automatically.
Once running, the Bot polls the target Strategy's trading signals periodically and executes copy trades on Hyperliquid at the configured ratio.
Copy Trading Management
Talk to the Bot naturally at any time:
"Status"
Show running state, today's PnL, and trade count
"Pause"
Close all positions and pause copy trading
"Resume"
Restart copy trading from paused state
"Switch Strategy"
Pause current copy trading and guide you to select a new Strategy
"Adjust settings"
Modify copy amount, stop-loss, and other parameters
"Stop"
Shut down the service completely
